Music
Oh music, what would I do without you? As an autistic person with tinnitus, probably go outside less, for one! *Pouring one out for my Sony WXM4s*
Jokes aside, so many of my best memories in this life have a song to go along with them. Growing up in Haltwistle with my mum listening to Sting, Kate Bush or Enya. Learning to love my step-fathers music combination of Oasis, Stereophonics and/or the Kooks. Going through my heavy metal phase basically only listening to Logic, Quadeca and Mac Miller as the worlds most angsty teenager.
This section of my blog is simply a continuation of my deeply personal journey with these sweet beats of the street.
Everyone starts somewhere. This is my somewhere.
This was my first ever song and the source of my first ever nickname.
The only song I ever made that I actually love. Still listen to this now with no regrets!
I made this with my best friend Theo. It is not a good song, but Theo loved it!
The vocal sample was me at college doing a mic check. Bruce then made it into this...

Both to my chagrin and my comedic delight, this is where I peaked as a musician. It was just the right place at the right time. It was just me, Ben Fletcher, Bruce Stewart, Callum Baker and Josh Dorey (yes, that one) taking on music... one mildly offensive verse at a time.
This one is for all of those dodgy burger kings runs and Kenny Gioia. I hope life is treating you all well!
